At Lisa Loren Designs, we currently ship exclusively to the United States. We are committed to ensuring a smooth and reliable delivery experience for all our valued customers within the USA.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
- You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.
Shipping Time
- Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
- Expedited shipping: 2-4 business days (available at an additional cost)
Shipping Rates
We offer a flat shipping rate across the USA:
- Standard Shipping: will calculate at checkout based on product(s)
- Free Shipping: Orders over $50 qualify for free standard shipping.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email. You can use the tracking link to monitor your order’s status in real-time.
Shipping Restrictions
- We do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations outside the USA at this time.
- Orders may be delayed during holidays or in the event of severe weather conditions.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address or if the package is undeliverable for any reason, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate when placing your order.
